Game Report
Attention All Referees:
It is MANDATORY that one official submit an online game report within 24 hours of a game. (no report, no pay)
If there are no incidents to report, just fill in the top section and submit.
An “incident” is any penalty that carries a suspension or a game ejection.
Please report any injuries in the General Comment box.
If there are any incidents in your game, please fill in the section below with the appropriate details. Make sure you get the players correct name and jersey number.
